Will I have fun?
YES!
Do I have to be coordinated or have previous dance experience ?
No way! Our programs are super easy to learn! Our first timers jump right in and love it!
Do I have to be young and skinny in order to keep up with the group?
Nope. We have women of all shapes and sizes having ages ranging 18 all the way to 70+ AND, you can work @ your own intensity.
How many calories can I burn during a session?
The number of calories each person burns per session varies. However, depending on your body parameters (type, composition, intensity, range of motion), you can burn up to 1000 calories per session.
How long before I begin seeing results?
Most of our members start seeing great results in 2-6 weeks!
How long does each session last?
1 hour.
Do I have to sign up for specific days of the week or can I come any time?
We require you to choose and register for as many specific days that work within your schedule. (Pending session availability)
What should I wear to class?
Dress cool and comfortable, bring a small towel if you like and water. We take frequent water breaks during class.
What are the best shoes to wear?
We recommend that you wear “cross training” or “aerobic” style shoes. They provide the cushion and medial lateral support needed for side-to-side movements. They also have low traction rubber for easy sliding and turning. Please be careful with “running shoes” since they use a heavy tread on the bottom and are designed for forward movement.
How do I pay for my sessions?
Payments for the month must me made at your first session of the month. Payments are left in the payment box next to the dance room.
What types of payments methods do you accept?
We gladly accept cash or checks made payable to Grupfit. (Session space will be lost if payment is not made at the first class of the month.
